1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Reflow (“we”, “our”), owner of the website and provider of the digital bundle Reset Your Flow Bundle (hereinafter “Product”).

By using our website, placing an order, or completing the checkout for the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all related policies (such as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) which are hereby incorporated by reference.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services or purchase the Product.

2. Scope

These Terms govern:

  • The access to the Reflow website (including the sales funnel via Funnelish), and the use of pages, content, and associated tools;

  • The purchase, download, and use of the digital Product Reset Your Flow Bundle;

  • Any contractual relationship arising from the sale of said Product, in United States dollars (USD) and primarily aimed at the U.S. market, while remaining applicable to the European market as well.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 At the time of purchase of the Product, the price in USD and accepted payment methods will be indicated.

3.2 Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to: credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment platforms such as Stripe.

3.3 Payment is due at the time of the order; processing of the order gives you the right to digital access to the Product.

3.4 You cannot request the order or delivery until payment has been properly authorized.

4. Digital Delivery and Access

4.1 After confirmed payment, you will be entitled to digital access to the Product. No physical delivery will be made.

4.2 The Product will be available for download or unlimited access (lifetime access).

4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure you have a device compatible with the digital files provided. We do not guarantee that the Product will work on all devices or future software versions.

5. License and Intellectual Property

5.1 By purchasing the Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable license for personal use: you may use, download, and store the materials solely for your personal use.

5.2 All intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, design, content) relating to the Product remain the property of Reflow or its licensors.

5.3 It is expressly prohibited to resell, distribute, modify, publish, or exploit the materials beyond the authorized personal use without our written consent.

6. Usage Restrictions

6.1 You may not:

  • copy, disseminate, or distribute the Product to third parties;

  • allow unauthorized third-parties to access the Product;

  • use the Product to create competing or commercial products;

  • circumvent digital protections or security measures of the Product.

    6.2 In case of violation of these restrictions, Reflow reserves the right to revoke your license, suspend access, and take legal action.

7. Changes to the Product and Terms

7.1 Reflow may update, improve, or modify the Product at any time. In such case, we may offer updated or supplementary versions at no additional cost, at our discretion.

7.2 We may also update these Terms & Conditions. The changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website, with indication of the new update date.

7.3 By continuing to use our services after the update, you agree to the modified terms.

8. Website Use

8.1 Site usage is governed by these Terms. You agree not to use the site for illegal, fraudulent activities or for violation of third-party rights.

8.2 We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the site content, nor for losses resulting from use of the information provided.

8.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site or Product without notice in case of violation of these Terms.

9. Warranties, Limitation of Liability and Exclusions

9.1 The Product is provided “as is” and without any warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.2 Reflow does not guarantee that the Product will meet your specific expectations, or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted in access.

9.3 In no event shall Reflow be liable for indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data.

9.4 Reflow’s total liability to you, arising from any cause under these Terms, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Product.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [EU Member State to be defined], and, where not specified otherwise, will be interpreted in accordance with European Union and U.S. law, where applicable.

10.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of [EU Member State to be defined], without prejudice to the possibility of arbitration or mediation.
