
Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions for refunds related to the purchase of digital products offered by Reflow (“we”, “our”, “company”), including but not limited to the Reset Your Flow Bundle and all associated materials (ebook, toolkit, planner, checklist, wallpaper pack).
As these are digital products that can be downloaded and accessed immediately after purchase, refund requests are subject to specific limitations, as described below.
2. Nature of the Products
All of our products are 100% digital.
Once payment is confirmed, the customer receives immediate access to the purchased content via a download link or a private access area.
Therefore, once the download of the digital material has started or been completed, the customer automatically loses the right to withdraw, as provided by regulations on digital goods.
3. General Refund Policy
Because access to the content is immediate and permanent, Reflow does not offer refunds for digital products that have been downloaded or made accessible.
The purchase is considered final once the download has been initiated or the material has been made available.
However, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, as outlined in the following section.
4. Exceptional Refund Cases
A refund will only be granted in the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment: if the customer accidentally made two or more identical payments;
Technical issues: if, due to technical reasons beyond the user’s control, the product was not delivered or is inaccessible despite successful payment;
No access yet: if the customer requests a refund before downloading or accessing the digital material.
In all other cases, no refunds will be provided.
5. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund in the situations mentioned above, customers must:
Send a written request to the Reflow customer support email address (listed in the “Contacts” section);
Provide the necessary details to verify the order (name, email, date of purchase, and payment method);
Clearly describe the reason for the request, attaching any relevant evidence (e.g., duplicate receipts, system error, etc.).
Each request will be reviewed individually by our team.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days, using the same payment method and in the same currency (USD) as the original purchase.
6. Damaged or Incomplete Products
If a file is found to be corrupted, incomplete, or not working, we will provide new access or a replacement file at no additional cost.
A refund will only be considered if the replacement does not resolve the issue.
7. Good Faith Clause
We are committed to handling every request with transparency and professionalism. However, Reflow reserves the right to reject any refund request that appears fraudulent, inconsistent, or unfounded.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
Reflow reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
Any updates will take effect from the date of publication on this page.
